I think some video footage of a person learning to see with glasses that
inverted the normal scene was included in an ancient science-oriented
television series entitled "The Twenty-first Century" (not sure whether
they spelled out the number). I think the person on the show actually learned
to play tennis with the inversion glasses on.
There has also been discussion in previous years on P3D.
There may be references in a book entitled "Seeing" (which may be mentioned
in the P3D archives).
