P3D Almost back

Just a short note.

Calcite is on it's way back to the living, but is not ready
for postings yet (or alternately, do so at your own risk...).

It turns out that Listserv6.0c generated a core dump everytime
it received a message (segmentation fault) so I had to switchover
to Listserv 6.0d. However it's got a number of different features
which broke some of my other software, so I'm going to have to
re-work that. One feature of the 'd' version is that it's supposed
to handle MIME files correctly.
