P3D q-vu mounts

I have a sample packet of q-vu mounts, but I lost the instructions.  I've
aligned the pictures, etc but need to know the best way to seal the two
halves of the mounts, tape, glue, etc?  

I took realist slides and scanned them at 1200 dpi on a scanner at school
that cost about $600 and has the ability to scan slides.  I used photoshop
to highlight one half and "transform free" to move the half to the other
half.  I then cropped the image and had two pictures side by side. 
Unfortunately I didn't have a lot of working room (I had only 80Meg free on
"C" but it needed more) on my hard drive so I had to reduce the picture to
300 dpi and at the same time enlarged them to 6x3 card size.  I printed
them using an Epson color 800.  The results were very good.  The image was
saved jpg at about 350K.
