P3D Friends

I caught the episode of "Friends" on tv last night (a
comedy currently airing here in the USA) - there were red/blue
3d-glasses present, but were basically used as a "throw-away" bit
in the plot with no particular reason for being included. I suspect
maybe the original draft of the script included more plot centered
on them, but maybe got cut. They appeared to be generic white cardboard
frames, and I noticed they were being worn with red on left...
