The Philips site is pretty interesting, especially

They indicate a development kit is available (but no mention of,
gulp, price...) There is also an interesting 3 lens "ball cam"
type arrangement...

However, I particularly appreciated the following:

In a product environment where single perspective 3D views have
become the norm, (i.e. 3D on a 2D screen), our technology enables OEM
customers to differentiate their products based on natural and cost effective
real 3D displays.Such a visible indicator of overall product quality
translates directly into substantial market opportunities.
