P3D howdy

Hi, everyone. I've recently bought a Stereo Realist, and have been
interested in making some 3d art prints with it. So, I have a lot of
questions. Apologize profusely if they've been asked before, but I have no
idea where to find this info.
1) I've been looking all over the web for info on where I can have film
developed into the lenticular print format. I'm looking for not just
snapshot size, but 8x10 and (ideally) larger. All I've found so far have
been professional print corporations, that cost thousands in set-up alone;
or places that sell their own cameras, such as 3dimage, and only process
film for those cameras. Are there any other solutions, cheaper places
or ways to get 3d hand-held lenticular printing done ?
2) Also, does anyone have any info about 3dImage's cameras ? I'm wondering
if they're the same sort of thing as my Realist - two actual exposing
lenses, and the one in the middle for focusing/viewfinding ? Or do they
have 3 for a different reason ?
3) I came across a brief mention of something called a 'beamsplitter', a
gadget to apparently go on the front of a regular 35mm SLR lens, and
record two images instead of one. Has anyone ever used this, and if so how
was it ?
Thanks a lot, and I look forward to talking with you all,
~j
