Two different things are involved here... Stereoscopic imaging which
is something very fundamental that we all enjoy, and methods for
recording and viewing stereoscopic which go in and out of fashion.
We are trying to revive the public's interest in stereoscopic
imaging which tends to have wide swings.

Well, I thought of that. That's why I said "Unless something
unexpected happens, there is no question in my mind that 35 mm slide
film (small size transparent medium) is heading to extinction..."
^^^^^^^^^^
But this changes the rules of the game... No more Realist red
button viewers (ouch! :-))... No more stacking 100 slides in a
small box (all mounted in bare albion mounts)... But thousands
in a small chip?
