Tom (and others) - sub just the way you did for photo-3d, but
use tech-3d instead.

Send a mail message to listserv@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx - leave the
subject line blank or insert XXX (a non-readable word). In the
body of the message say

subscribe tech-3d Tom Hubin

(or whatever).
