I call that my "Miser Panorama odd multi viewer thingy". Built three or
four years ago as an exercise in low-budget display of Realist-format
slides. I described it in a bit of detail in a post to P-3D in January
'97.
Essentially built around an old lampshade, using scrap cardboard, paper
clips, CD sleeves, free yardsticks and (partly) garage-sale ViewMaster
viewers. Humans stand still, rotate viewer to change views. Much less
costly and more portable than the Kaiser Panorama which gave me the idea.
