We also received this message from Dalia.  Our computer crashed
the night before we left for a two-week vacation and we had to
reboot it from the HP recovery discs just to get it to run.  We
lost a lot of info and had to reload the main MS programs just
to get them to run.  Don't know if this was a result of "happy99"
or not but it sure was a lot of trouble.
