   If you're running 10 W or less, I'd call it light.   Running the full 1500 W
would be heavy, really tearing up channel 2 and angering all the neighbors.  You
don't really need that much power in 6 meters when E-skip is up.
   I say if you can carry it around for an indefinite amount of time without
hurting your arm, it is light, otherwise, ot is not light :-)
