P3D Re: Stereographic slide projector wanted

Thanks Dean! Very interesting story. I once had a person contact
me with the same situation. I "rented" him my TDC stereo projector
(I think I charged $25 for the weekend).

First you have to decide whether you want to have one (or a small
number) stereo projection session. If you only want to show
these slides projected once then you should try to find someone
to loan or rent you a projector. If you think you will be
doing this very often then it might be worth looking into buying
a TDC projector from the 50s (currently running around $300 or
more - the TDC is the most popular projector... Kodak never
made a stereo projector).

I recommend that you replace the stereo slide viewer. The viewer
is the best way to view the slides individually. You can get
something very cheap ($3.25) or a Kodaslide II viewer ($125+)

I hope that looking back in your father's collection will inspire
you to get into this exiting hobby! There are plenty of functioning
Kodak cameras around!

Best regards and keep an eye (both, actually) on these precious
family treasures!

George Themelis, collector of stereo slides from the 50s
