Hello,
I would like to raise another point on the lens spacing on all RBT cameras.
Not just particular to the RBT X3 model.
I think that each inter axial spacing of lenses create different effects which slightly
affected the outcome of the stereoscopic picture. I personally used a RBT X2A and
I enjoyed the stereoscopic viewing of the 65mm spacing and it is very easy to explain
to people that I am shooting in stereo by showing them the finder.
But there is one other advantage of choice of lenses for the 75mm lens spacing.
Because nowadays the lens designers all tend to design their lenses "thicker", for
example I had difficulties finding a pair of 85mm or 100mm macro or 20mm with
my 65mm interaxial RBT X2A, but if I am using the X3B, I am sure, I will get a
much wider choice of lenses.
Cheers,
Henry Chung
