P3D What About NSA '99?

Hi all.

With all the talk about NSA Conventions 2000 (Mesa, AZ), '01, '02, '03 we
don't want to forget the 1999 Convention in Green Bay, WI this July 8-12.

Check the website at http://www.dddesign.com/3dbydan/nsa99/

There are links to the hotel as well as registration forms, etc.

Harry Richards is heading up the Coordination of this Convention. Harry
also ran the 1994 NSA Convention in Milwaukee. A glutton for punishment,
apparently.

Harry has obtained a great deal for the hotel rooms this year at the
Regency Suites.

75 bucks a night for a two-room suite with two double beds plus a sofabed,
kitchenette area, a microwave and refrigerator, two television sets and two
telephones. Free made-to-order breakfast daily, free airport transfers
and more. Check the webpage for details.

Cheap enough by itself, but split this cost with one or two others and
you've got one inexpensive trip. All you have to worry about is
transportation costs and some food to nuke. A cheapskate's dream! Save
your money for room-hopping or shopping in the Trade Fair.

This is an open atrium-style hotel, like the ones in Atlanta '95 and
Milwaukee '94 (and "High Anxiety"), where you can see most of the rooms
from any given spot along the rails. Veteran convention-goers know this
simplifies the room-ropping activities immensely, being able to see who's
open or not without trekking up and down elevators, escalators and hallways.

Best regards,
Bill Davis
