Well, considering that drive-up ATM machines have braille bumps
on the buttons, it would seem that no eyes at all are needed for driving!

Definitely no stereoscopic vision either.  :-)

P.S. - Point being that blind folk get by in life so no, 
       stereoscopic vision isn't a requirement either.
