I agree with Lawrence, "Concerto in 3D" is a very fine piece of work. It
is the best example of stereoscopic computer graphics / set to music that
I've ever seen!
The creators of "Concerto in 3D" are Wayne Lytle, (music, animation,
software), and David Crognale (modelling, digital painting).
Wayne's software automatically moves certain details of the animated
objects to match specific musical events in the score. Vibratos,
crescendos and decrescendos, even individual drumbeats are automatically
synched to the MIDI information which plays the music.
Unfortunately, I haven't seen any new content from them since.
