P3D 2x2x2 stereo format?

If you join two 2x2 inch slides together with a 1 1/2 inch "spacer", you
will end up with a very convenient "stereo mount" that is 3 1/2 inches
wide and 1 inch tall (for metrics: 50 x 90 mm).
This system is recommended and has been used in the back slide carrier
of the TDC 116 projector and also it is the same system (someone please
verify) used by Bob Brackett in his new line of "Faders". From the last
NSA convention, it is my understanding that Bob has worked a convenient
system to attach the two slides and the spacer with removable tape and
that he will supply both spacers and tape. This is how Bob presented the
"Museum 3D" program. And he did a terrific job!!! Talking about precision
... the dissolves from 2D to 3D were spectacular... The first one got the
crowd cheering like mad! Then we all got used to the great effect.

PS. The new Brackett Fader can be used for both 41x101 stereo mounts
and this 50x90 mm system for twin full frame slides, or even
"superslides" (Bob demonstrated slides taken with a modified
35 mm camera which are wider than 36 mm!)
