Is this similar to the "Delaware is closed" signs that were suposedly
put up some years ago (and talked about in a "how to negotiate" book)?

P.S. - The "Delaware is closed" signs worked (on a highway).  Traffic
       stopped and people walked up and asked when it'll be open again. :-)
       The power of ink on paper is amazing.
