P3D project or view

Hi,
Last night switching on the bulbs of my TDC P&V  I put the whole house in
the dark.
They didn't exactly burn but in one of the lamps two of the spring-like
wires touch and I guess that's the problem.
Can anyone please help me to a source of replacement bulbs ?
Anyone who can help me to a xerox copy of the manual ?
More questions :
Is there a safe way to clean the mirrors (if they are surface coated) ?
Finally, the "glound glass" layer on the inside of the screen has flake
shaped lighter and darker area's that unfortunatly affect the image
quality. Can this be solved by cleaning?
What should I use to clean it with ?
If necessary can it be replaced ?
