While looking in my surplus stuff catalog, I found the following:

Wollensak, Revere, Amaton
35 mm Stereo Camera Lens
f3.5,f4...f22
Wollensak Revere Synchromatic stereo lens. Timed shutter speeds from hold
open to 1/200 second.  This is a very high quality lens system.  All shutter
mechanisms are operable and in excellent condition.  O/A size 2.220"H X
4.670" W x 1.250" D with four 0.110" mounting holes.  4 1/2 x 3" x 3".
