I've tried to read this thread, started on 31 Mar 1999 in
P3D Digest 3270 by Gabriel Jacob with:

The elaborate scolarly discussion by several distinguished 3D 
persons strongly reminds me of an old recipe to get rich by
free viewing, a well-kept secret, disclosed here on the condition
it is not spread to unauthorized persons.

Take two coins and fuse them by free viewing. You will see three
coins on a row. Take the middle one away and put it in your pocket.
Repeat the procedure with the remaining two coins.
