P3D prints from a Realist

I shoot stereo slides with a Realist.  I lent my camera to someone that
wants to try it with print film.  A few questions....
1) Can "regular" camera stores make prints from the realist format?
2) If not, where can they be sent to get prints, the person would prefer
mounting them themselves?
3) If not, what is the address of having it made into cards from the
realist format?
4) What are the costs?
