P3D Re: Blurry VM images

This happened to me when I purchaced a large lot of VM reels
in an NSA convention... Many of them were blurred... I checked
some of these with identical reels that I owned and realized
that some are quite sharp.  What causes these differences?  
Possibly different batches of production.  

In any case, I had no doubt that these reels were from some
one's collection who kept the better ones and got rid of the
blurred ones.  I don't blame them because I would have done
the same in their place! :-)
