P3D Realist flash/bump/screw

Very simple.  Take out the 4 screws at the top and remove the top
plate.  You will see that the "bump" is really a screw at one end,
with the bump at the other.  I forget the size of this screw but
you can replace it by a flat head screw and save the original for
later (resale value, etc.)  (another tip from my soon to be released
"Realist book" :-))
