The most recent publication containing Dali stereo pairs that I know of is
Dali by Robert Descharnes and Giles Neret (possibly the names are the other
way around) 1997 the publisher is I think Taschen. It is a weighty tome
costing about 25 pounds UK but contains the most Dali stereo pairs I have
come across to date. All the ones from the Japanese and English language
stereogram books are there but with the exception of Battle in The Clouds
the two images are reproduced different sizes to save space presumably.
While the unfinished painting in the stereogram books is reproduced as the
finished half only as is another untitled one I have not seen anywhere
else. There are others I have not seen elswhere reproduced for normal cross
viewing such as "Sleeping Smoker"
"Galas Foot" a stereo study for the "Chair" which is quite different to the
final version and another similar but lacking the chair and with the
pedesstal basins aranged differently which is viewed parralel. Theres a
study in stereo for "The Maids" and the final version reproduced in black
and white. "The eye of the Angelus" is in "over and under format" as is
another based on Millets Angelus in black and white which does work as well
in stereo as the others.
