In digest 3298,  WH Moll listed some workshop topics, as follows:

So far we have a good lineup of workshops for quality, but the quantity is a 
bit low.  Some topics of interest would be:
- phantograms (this is cutting edge and has progressed a lot in the past 
months)
- cataloging collections - methods and documentation (old or new photos)
- restoration techniques for cards  (mostly old - or include some hints for 
restoring those 1950's slide shots that are being lost after less than 50 
years)
- making your own Viewmaster reels (yes, it has been done before, but only 30 
people saw it!)
- stereo digital cameras (the time is now - cheap cameras & decent output in 
real time)
- stereo video (there have been some sophisticated discussions - let's share 
some results)
- anything else of interest to stereo photography

If I'm reading this correctly these are topics you would like to see 
presented (and I'm sorry but I'm entirely unqualified to help you with any of 
them ...).  Any teasers on what is already booked (other than what George has 
mentioned)?
