P3D Belplasca Closeup Attachment.

I saw a Belplasca Closeup Attachement advertised on E-bay and I have
a few questions about it:

- I assume they work in a manner similar to Viewmaster Closeup attachements.
Is that correct? - If so, at what distance to they permit closeups?

- Is there a viewfinder of some kind, and if so is part of the attachment
or is a separate item?

- What's a fair price for one of these things?
