I've had a similar experience. I had been using them for years with no
problems, but I think the service has gotten worse since they moved to Fair
Lawn, NJ. My last roll from them had several slides with rotational errors
... one frame was slightly rotated in the mount, just enough to make it
impossible to fuse.
Largely for this reason (and also the number of poor exposures in my last
Realist roll ... my flash batteries were low), I'm planning to use a twin
rig much more extensively in the future.
