P3D crappy Kodalux mounting

   I would like to ask those of you who have had problems recently with
Kodalux mounting to please be gentle when you make them aware of recent
problems.  Please look on this as an opportunity to let them know that their
service just needs to be improved.
   They are the last of a dying lot and They could just discontinue this
service all together.  I'm surprised they still mount stereo at all!  There
can be very little profit in it for them.  I would be willing to bet that
the bean counters at big yellow would gladly drop the service all together.
   I have been using Kodalux in Fairlawn for a while now with only an
occasional problem which I can then easily remount myself.
   I only ask that you be gentle with them, tell them that you appreciate
that they offer the service,  calmly explian the problem, ask them if they
could kindly  remount them correctly.
   Lets not in anger loose on of our last allies.  Please don't flame them!
Let us all look at this as an opportunity to let them know how they may
improve their service.
