P3D PSEUDO?? & Convention info?

What does Pseudo mean in this sense regarding the slide mounting? Also,
I've typically mounted slides myself and with no particular care except 
to make sure the pairs are in the correct order and square with the
frame. 
I only typically view them with a Realist hand held viewer and I haven't 
had any problems. Does pair spacing adjustment only become critical when 
projecting?

Also, regarding the Green Bay convention. I believe I saw a 
web site for it listed here. 
Could someone please post that web address again?
