P3D How do you say "Wirgin"?

Now that I own one, I'd like to be able to pronounce "Wirgin".
Is the first letter "V" or "W" , is the "g" hard, or soft?
Also, any tips on disassembly?
And what's the deal with the frame counter? Do I use a penny or something
to set it?
