I do not agree with your comment, George that "this format is used almost
exclusively in Europe". I would say, based on the projection sessions at the
1997 ISU and on the entries to recent Southern Cross International
exhibitions, that the Europeans (particularly the Germans and Swiss) have
largely moved to using RBT mounts and projecting with RBT Projectors.

In the 1999 Southern Cross there were 12 - 2x2x2 entries out of a total of
108 entries. Of the 12 - 2x2x2s one was from Japan, 3 from the UK, one from
Australia, one from New Zealand, 3 from Mainland Europe and 3 from the USA
(there was a total of 49 US entries).
