P3D Realist book progress report & a favor

I am now working on chapter 7 of my Realist book.  This is the
chapter that describes the accessories and special techniques for
the Realist.  Thanks to many nice folks in photo-3d and good friends,
like Greg Wageman, Wolfgang Sell and Ron Fross, I have now information
on a variety of unique items, including:

- Seton Polarizers
- Bubble level in view finder
- Bulk film back for the Realist (!)

and others....

But I still need the following:

- Information & pictures on "prismatic close-up lenses" (I have sold
  a few of these in the past but did not think to take a picure)

- Information & pictures of "rewind crank" for the Realist.

- Information on the Seton Rochwite polarizers... I seem to remember
  that 143 units total were made. During what period of time and for
  how much were they sold?

Plus any other unusual accessory that I might be forgetting...

Thanks for all the help!  No panic yet... I am on schedule and the 4
weeks left for the NSA convention seems to be enough time to finish
the book.
