Personally, I'd think it perfectly appropriate for a general posting if
the graphic details are left out and just the stereo'ness talked about. 
That's what this list is about.  Mark has made a number of posts
over the years about his avocation and vocation regarding his stereo
photography without ever, to my recollection, posting anything that
would offend anyone, even prudes who read his postings (which isn't
required to begin with).
