P3D Stereoscopic Displays and Applications 1999 photos and review

Hi All,

I've just uploaded a new section onto the Stereoscopic Displays and
Applications website.  

In parallel with the release of the proceedings volume for the 1999
conference, the SD&A website now hosts photos from the 1999 conference
and also selected sections from the 1999 proceedings volume.
