Seriously? Consult a lawyer who specializes in copyright law.

U.S. copyright history is a long and winding road. In addition to
amending and rewriting copyright law numerous times, Congress has on
occasion passed "special legislation" extending the term of copyright
for certain things which would have otherwise passed into the public
domain.

For items such as stereoviews which were produced around the
turn-of-the-century, there's a good chance they are in the public
domain, and you would be free to duplicate them and use them in any way
you wished. The trick is in determining if, in fact, this is the case.
At the very least, you would need to know when the view was first
published (or copyrighted).
