  That is a very nice site. But IMO the equipment
is a bit fancy (costly) for a beginner setup. I
based my setup on the book Homemade Holograms by
John Iovine and got good results on a budget.

  A good library may have this book or you can
(could?) get it from surplus laser supplier MWK
Industries.
