For what it is worth, I don't like the weekend after the 4th of July
because it conflicts with the Winnipeg Folk (Music) Festival which is
always that same weekend. I would have gone there this year, but opted
for NSA (it will be my first) as I probably won't be getting to the next
convention or two for geographic reasons. I do think it is good to vary
the dates from year to year if possible as many people may have fixed
commitments, especially around holidays. I do understand about trying to
get good rates and all, and I really appreciate all the work of planning
that goes into these events.

I too am disappointed to not be able to meet Dalia and Harry Poster at
the convention this year, but hope to meet many others of you. -Linda
