P3D Another Meter

Oops, forgot to ask about the other meter I recently acquired. It is a
Sekonic Micro-Leader.
There is a flip switch that indicates " L" and "H".
I believe these mean "low" and "high". The "H" setting looks like it
applies to old movie film. When changing the setting from "L" to "H",
the exposure wheel recalibrates for different readings. This meter is a
"match needle" style and also appears to be a reflective type meter.
Does anyone know for sure? Thanks again.
