Sure it is! Only two months ago I spent 2 early-morning hours going around
the DDDalia website...

On-line access from the ISP is not the problem, but the rusty telephone
cables from the bush to the capital on average transmit only 200 bytes per
sec, or 2 minutes or more per screen! Satelite phones would come in handy,
but a bit expensive at 3 USD per minute :-)
