hi dave! read your great post in p3d!! i did fireworks too but havn't
got my slides back yet!! (kr64)!!! :-(
last year i did the same as you! had to re-adjust quickly and set one
camera too high!! i used a bar that was a wood 2x2 with two angle irons
screwed on both ends to = 10ft! the bar attached to the tripods and the
cameras on the ends of the angle iron allowed some twist!!!
so this year i took a angle measuring level to set both cameras to the
exact same height!! i had to use 45 degrees because i was 300 to 400'
from where they set them off!! when i heard that you were getting good
3d at three blocks i was just thrilled!! hope i didn't go too hyper!!!
i was estimated no more than 500 t0 600' from the bursts! filled the
frame at 50mm!! the one thing that worries me tho is i was using f8.5
with kr64! eeek! i hope not underexposed!!!! :-( (crossing my fingers!)
see my rig at kc3d club meeting! hope my kodachrome is back by then!!!!
i love you buddy and i'm glad to have you in our group!!
see'ya laiDDDer!! janni bearDDD!!
