P3D C3D Stereo Television network

On "C" Band Satellite C3 transponder 9, I discovered a Stereo TV network
called "C3D".  

It uses the Field sequential LCD glasses format.  They are playing old 50's
3d movies as well as new video shorts.  Shorts are rock climbing, surfing,
scateboarding, white water kayaking, louge etc. These are done quite well.
There are some 50's shorts, Cecil and Beany explaining 3D, a car being
assembled etc.

Anyone have insight as to where they are headed and probability of success.
