P3D 3D TV on Satilite.

Hi All,

I had my friend with a big dish check out the following:

 >On "C" Band Satellite C3 transponder 9, I discovered a Stereo TV network

and couldn't find it. Has anyone else tracked it down?

Is there specific times it plays?
