P3D Realist Ilex Paragon Lens

 I have an early Realist with the Ilex Paragon Lenses. I have notice an ever
so slight fogging in the center of the right lense. Does anyone have any
experience removing a lens from the realist , particularly the Ilex Paragon
variety. Once removed, can the elements be separated without destroying the
lens or the position of the lens elements. I would welcome any advice and
what to watch out for, but I am ready for the adventure.  If there is a
source that would explain or illustrate this, please lead me to it. Looking
forward to a response.
