I favor a simple "Ask DrT" for the column, but with a separate subtitle for
any given month's topic. 

The column addressing the fogged Ilex lenses, might be titled "You Got a
Fogging Problem, Buddy?", or maybe "How to Repair Any Fogging Camera You've
Got".

Slow shutter speeds on the Kodak might warrant "Troubled By Uncomfortable
Stickiness in Difficult-to-Reach Areas?"

And so on...
