This is correct. We are planning Thursday, July 6 as the official start date
with unofficial room hopping beginning Wednesday night, 7/5. A tour is being
planned for Monday, July 10th. The convention ends with the Monday tour.

The NSA contract is definite. I talked with the hotel today and have the
signed contract with me. This must be a small miscommunication with the
reservation desk.

Taking the Supershuttle (blue vans at the airport) is the cheapest way to
get to the hotel. The cost is $12.00 one way.

The hotel has 273 rooms. We had over 450 people at the Green Bay convention.
So, I would encourage everyone to make reservations early. We are making
arrangements for the overflow to be put in another near by hotel.
