A number of suppliers carry these:  Reel 3-D, 3D from Dalia,
Rocky Mountain Memories, 3D Concepts... There are several kinds
of mounts, some made of cardboard, others from aluminum or
plastic.  My book on the Realist (I had to throw the plug!)
has a list of currently available mounts and complete addresses
of the suppliers, plus basic directions for mounting, info on
viewers, the works!
