P3D Re: Kodachrome 200 in a Nimslo
Jim,
I started using an ND filter (0.3--1 stop) over the photocell. Currently,
since the cell's response has waned, I'm just using the 100 setting and no
filter--perfect exposures! Other Nimslo owners have reported the same.
Sorry--don't know about the lenticular prints from slides. A 'bulb'
setting can be obtained from any Nimslo (for sure from Japanese--I have
one) by shorting together the two contacts in the center of the hot shoe.
I made a little attachment that fits into the hot shoe to do this.
I press it like a button and then the shutter release. Stays open until
I let go of either or both. IIRC, the battery reversal thing is actually
for UK Nimslos. At any rate, it sounds very inconvenient!
Hope this helps. Any other questions, let me know.
Mark
