They have developed stereo analysis algorithms. I met them at SIGGRAPH,
they are now trying to develop applications.  Their photogrammetry allows
them to do things like build models from stereo images, but also neat
things like generate in-betweens (for autostereos) and so on. They also
claim to have "mature tools for converting 2D to 3D", but I haven't seen
that aspect yet. An early-stage startup, but worth a look.
