I have two of the telebinoculars w/pedestal.  I bought both at NSA trade 
shows on the last day - one for $100 and one for about $150.  However, they 
aren't generally available or appreciated (most people have never looked at a 
card through one of them).  I have one of the Hugo slide viewers (about $600) 
and IMHO the telebinoculars are the equal for viewing cards.

If you are into cards, I would recommend communicating with Dan to get one.
